ABOUT THE MENTORSHIP:
Hello, I’m Adaizha Pinnock from Flowery Branch High School. I have had the pleasure to be able to intern at the Longstreet Clinic in Braselton. ​

On a daily basis, I work with the nurses to help bring back patients and check pain level as well as temperature. I have also had opportunities to assist in taking out stitches and taking off caste.
Having interaction with patients, has helped me be able to become more open to talking to people and create better social skills. As well, I have learned to be able to put patient information into the system and how to make charges for the patient's appointment.
Through learning all of these new skills and being able to follow the surgeons and P.A., I have brought back key aspects of the healthcare field to help me over time in my journey in this field. I believe every experience helps you grow in many ways and this experience is definitely one of them.
